This key role is responsible for guiding customers through the financing and insurance process with transparency, professionalism, and care, ensuring they leave with confidence in their purchase. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven success in F&I sales, compliance, and lender relations, coupled with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
