Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 4-day work week

Woodhouse is seeking a driven and experienced F&I Manager to join our growing team. This key role is responsible for guiding customers through the financing and insurance process with transparency, professionalism, and care, ensuring they leave with confidence in their purchase. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven success in F&I sales, compliance, and lender relations, coupled with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build trust quickly. We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximizing dealership profitability.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile sales or financial services management.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • BS in Finance preferred.

Skills Required

  • Work as a part a team.
  • Knowledge of E-Lead preferred.
  • Knowledge of Kelly Blue Book, NADA, AAX, Price Driver, and other trade guide sites preferred.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment screenings
