Position Overview:

Woodhouse Auto Family is looking for a proactive and adaptable Floater/Flexpert Automotive Accessory Salesperson to support our growing accessories division. This full-time role, Monday–Saturday, with a weekday off, is key to maintaining consistent accessory sales coverage across multiple locations—filling in for team members during scheduled time off and ensuring every customer receives the high-quality experience Woodhouse is known for.

This position offers commission-earning potential tied to the performance and growth of the accessory sales division—making it a great opportunity for someone who’s driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site accessory sales support across Woodhouse dealerships to cover staff time off, vacations, or high-demand periods.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicle accessory solutions.
  • Use Dealertrack to open and close Repair Orders (ROs) accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Department to source products, verify availability, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Service Department to schedule accessory installations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain organized records of sales, RO activity, and customer follow-ups.
  • Assist with showroom accessory merchandising and inventory updates when needed.
  • Help drive overall growth of the accessory division through exceptional service and sales consistency.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in automotive sales, accessories, parts, or service.
  • Proficiency in Dealertrack, particularly with RO management.
  • Solid understanding of dealership Parts and Service operations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly flexible and able to shift between store locations as needed.
  • Self-starter who thrives in both team and independent environments.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
